Ingredients

2 tbsp Honey
ā…“ tsp Matcha Powder
2 Scoops of Collagen Powder
3 tbsp Gelatine Powder
1 cup of Almond Milk

How to Make

In a small saucepan, whisk the matcha with a splash of hot water until it’s silky and lump-free.

Pour in the almond milk and your choice of sweetener. Continue whisking gently until warmed through (avoid boiling).

Sprinkle the gelatin evenly across the surface and whisk until it completely dissolves.

Add the collagen and stir until smooth and well combined.

Transfer the mixture into a silicone mold or a lined container. Chill in the fridge for 2–3 hours until set.

Once firm, slice into cubes. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
